The legal conditions for booking taxi services through our website are established below. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

Online Booking Procedure

The client must complete the reservation form on our website, providing the required information, including the date, time and place of collection, as well as the details of the destination. To confirm the reservation, the advance payment of 15% of the total budget of the route is required. The reservation will only be confirmed when we have received the advance payment and one of our drivers has confirmed availability for the appointment.

Cancellations by the Client

In case of cancellation or modification of the reservation 24 hours or less from the appointment, in case of non-attendance or delay of more than 30 minutes from the agreed time without justification, the advance of 15% will not be refundable. The client may request changes or cancellations more than 24 hours in advance, in which case the advance paid will be refunded.

Changes and Cancellations by us

We reserve the right to cancel or modify a reservation in case of unavailability of drivers. In this case, the full refund of the advance made will be made.

The assigned driver will wait for the client at the agreed place and time for a maximum of 30 minutes. If the client does not show up within that period without prior notice of delay, it will be considered a no-show and the advance payment will not be refundable.

Travel insurance

All our taxi services include basic travel insurance to cover eventualities during the journey. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance that is suitable for your needs. Please read the contract carefully and print the documentation so that you can take it with you when you travel. Travel insurance will protect you against a series of risks that are beyond our control.

Our responsibility

We are committed to providing the transportation service in a diligent and professional manner. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as heavy traffic or adverse weather conditions.

Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure events, such as natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes or unforeseeable situations, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the reservation without any liability.

Languages

Our customer service is provided in the primary language of the country where the service is provided. However, if necessary, translation services may be used to communicate with the client.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos and design, is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without our express consent.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by the legislation in force in the country where the service is provided. Any dispute arising in connection with these conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in said country.
