The legal conditions for booking taxi services through our website are established below. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

Online reservation procedure

The customer must complete the booking form on our website, providing the required information, including the date, time and place of pick-up, as well as the destination details. To confirm the booking, an advance payment of 100% of the total budget for the route is required. The booking will only be confirmed when we have received the advance payment and one of our drivers has confirmed the availability for the appointment, which will be notified to you by email.

Rates

The rates provided on the booking website are closed prices for each journey.

Refunds

The refund policy is designed to provide peace of mind to our customers and is only applied in extreme cases in which the trip cannot be made due to major causes.

Cancellations by the Client

In the event of cancellation or modification of the reservation 24 hours or less before the appointment, in the event of non-attendance or delay of more than 45 minutes from the agreed time without justification, the amount paid will not be refundable. The client may request changes or cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice.

Changes and cancellations by us

We reserve the right to cancel or modify a reservation in the event of driver unavailability. In such case, the payment made will be fully refunded.

you wait

The assigned driver will wait for the client at the agreed place and time for a maximum of 45 minutes. If the client does not show up within this period without prior notice of delay, it will be considered a no-show and the payment will not be refundable.

Travel insurance

All our taxi services include basic travel insurance to cover eventualities during the journey. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance that is suitable for your needs. Please read the contract carefully and print the documentation so that you can take it with you when you travel. Travel insurance will protect you against a series of risks that are beyond our control.

Our responsibility

We are committed to providing the transportation service in a diligent and professional manner. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as heavy traffic or adverse weather conditions.

Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure events, such as natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes or unforeseeable situations, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the reservation without any liability.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
